It's a repainted plastictoy made by "Papo". It has no closer specification. I would say that "Papo" got inspired by the "Vastatosaurus Rex" from the movie "King Kong".
I, for myself, repainted it like the Tyrannosaur from "Dinosaur Revolution"

head shape reminds me more of the Vastatosaurus from Peter Jackson's King Kong than of an actual T.rex. Though the paint work is spectacular, so for that, I salute you.

Thank's for your interest. The problem is, that I live in Switzerland (not european union) and Papo figurines aren't available here. I have to order them in Germany. That cost me about 25 to get a new Papo T-Rex. Then I would have to send it to you in the UK, that cost more than 30. And of course I would have to add the workingtime. And I also worry, that the bank transver could be comblicated.
My offer is, that you buy yourself a Papo-T-Rex and some acrylic colour (black, brown, white and probably beige), a thin and a broad brush. Acrylic colour isn't expensive and nearly everywhere available.
Then I take photos of "Jack" from each corner and perspektive. I can show them here or on facebook. So I can help you to paint your own "Jack" and I can also answer questions. That's cheaper for you and the result makes you more proud. :woohoo:

I have this Tyrannosaurus from Papo. I also have the Spinosaurus, Carnotaurus and the Allosaurus and I was thinking about painting the Spinosaurus. I normally don't draw or paint, cause I just don't take the time for it, but I know I can do it, I'm actually very good at it. But I think you've inspired me to get busy lol. I love your Tyrannosaurus and Spinosaurus repaints and I might go ahead and repaint mine. Just wanted to say you've inspired me and that your dinosaurs look awesome!

Nice, but the coloration resembles that of Stumpy's instead of Jack's. ;)

I don't think so. Stumpy had horizontal stripes over his shoulders; Jack's were vertical.

I loved the design of this T-Rex in that show. Gave it kind of a Grim Reaper look. Great model job!
